Uploaded images and documents used on our website may be stored in the United States. Any such transfer is protected by approved safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or UK adequacy regulations, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

Emails we send you, such as enquiry confirmations, are delivered through Brevo, which complies with UK GDPR.

We use the following sub-processors: Base44 (website hosting and data storage) and Brevo (email delivery).

STF membership is the benchmark for good school tour providers. Consequently it is an Awarding Body for the prestigious Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge. The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the Quality Badge. It requests Local Authorities to recommend the use of Badged Providers and require the minimum of additional paperwork where Quality Badge accreditation is in place. This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your due diligence and reduce the amount of External Provider paperwork necessary.
