We offer a bespoke youth and school group travel insurance included as part of all tours for all groups booking trips with us.

The travel insurance policy has been specifically designed to provide a range of benefits, including:

24hr helpline for medical emergencies
Emergency medical expenses in the event of illness or injury
Protection against cancellation or curtailment charges
Cover for loss or damage to baggage and money
All sports and activities specific to your tour will be covered

STF membership is the benchmark for good school tour providers. Consequently it is an Awarding Body for the prestigious Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge. The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the Quality Badge. It requests Local Authorities to recommend the use of Badged Providers and require the minimum of additional paperwork where Quality Badge accreditation is in place. This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your due diligence and reduce the amount of External Provider paperwork necessary.
