Enquire about Sri Lanka Tours

Sri Lanka is the perfect destination for an unforgettable sports tour for schools and clubs. One of the many reasons we love Sri Lanka is that rugby, netball and football are all widely played. The country has also seen significant investment in its hockey facilities with the opening of Olympic-level blue artificial turf facilities in Colombo and Matale in 2024. Then there’s cricket. It’s like a religion in Sri Lanka with a passion and enthusiasm for the sport that's infectious.

Why Sri Lanka?

You might choose Sri Lanka for your sports tour for its top class sporting facilities and opposition, warm tropical climate, value for money and incredibly hospitable English-speaking hosts. But that's only half the story. The island also offers great accommodation, a wonderful array of non-sporting downtime activities and sightseeing, and the chance to get immersed in a fascinating culture.

Why Sri Lanka?

Downtime in Sri Lanka

When it comes to downtime there are few places in the world that rival Sri Lanka. Discover beautiful beaches, try whitewater rafting or surfing, explore national parks and go on safari for the chance to see elephants and leopards, visit ruins and temples, climb mountains, release turtle hatchlings into the sea and take the world’s most iconic train journey - all within a country smaller than the UK.
